Restart Your iPhone: The Apple customer care will have do this to restart your phone, so before you call them try this, hold down the square button at the bottom of the phone (below the screen) as well as the bottom on the very top right of the phone at the same time.This is the same thing as pressing the menu and middle button of your iPod. this will restart iPhone and that alone may due the trick.

Restore Your iPhone: Plug your iPhone into your computer and start up the iTunes program. Now click on your iPhone device and click the Restore button feature. Back up your phone so you do not completely lose your data when this process is all done.
After the phone restores itself check and see if the problem still persists. If the problem is still there, then call Apple Customer service and have them send you a box in which you can ship will your iPhone to their repair center. This process is free, and it will take a few weeks for them to send back your iPhone.

The last thing you can do is take it back to the Apple Store, and have them take a look at it. they might just be able to fix it, or else they will send it to Apple's Repair Center.

BUT BE WARE!!! You have to make sure that you did not jailbreak the iPhone as this will cause a void in the warranty fo your iphone.
